I am unable to accept returns. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me. Please be aware that I cannot accept returns of custom orders. I also cannot accept returns of items that have been worn for health and safety reasons.
I want you to be happy with your order, and I will do whatever I can to work with you to sort out any issues!
Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within 1 week of receipt of payment. Made-to-order items will be individually quoted. If these timelines can’t be achieved, I will reach out to you directly to give an updated estimate. I make every single piece by hand; your patience is appreciated.
Whenever possible, your order will be shipped in recycled packaging. Each item is held on an earring card and wrapped in a gift bag. This shipping method saves considerable costs for both you and me. If a more elaborate gift box is desired, shipping costs will be recalculated on a case-by-case basis.
International Customers please note – I am shipping from California. Packages to the rest of the world may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to investigate the situation!
I do not accept responsibility for any customs issues, costs, or refusals. If you are concerned about your country’s customs laws or expenses, please investigate before purchasing. If a package comes back to me from customs in its original condition, I will refund the cost of the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Sales tax is collected based on the location of origin (California).
